She was honoured to be named one of the Top 20 Coaches in Toronto by influencedigest.com.
Background
Robin began her career in the field of Media & Entertainment at Just For Laughs: The Montreal International Comedy Festival. She went on to work in broadcasting and telecommucations in the early stages of the dot.com boom. Her roles at CTV Television Networks and TELUS rounded out her corporate expertise in the areas of content creation and digital media, where she worked with global pioneers to develop new brands and distribute content across multiple platforms.
Coaching – From Passion to Vocation
Robin has worked in a wide spectrum of organizations - from family-owned and not-for-profit to corporate and publicly traded - offering her global corporate and business experience spanning 20 years.
The exposure to a variety of cultures and work environments gave Robin insight into a common thread: Organizations and educational institutions across the globe prioritize learning hard STEM skills, yet our next generation of business leaders are starved for support in the critical area of leadership — which often makes the difference between success and failure for professionals and businesses alike.
In 2008, guided by a passion and drive in this area, Robin left her previous career to pursue coaching as her full time vocation. It was then that she founded Toronto-based Radiate Coaching.
Originally from Montreal, Robin remains a Habs fan, lover of bagels, Mount Royal and Tam -Tams. She speaks English and French and now resides in Toronto.
Education & Coaching Qualifications
Robin obtained her Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Marketing from Concordia University in Montreal.
She received her Certification in Leadership Coaching from Adler Graduate Professional School in conjunction with the University of Toronto. She received her Certification in Team Coaching: The Living Systems Approach from Adler as well, and her Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation.
Robin is trained in the PCC markers to assess coaching session recordings for those applying for ICF credentialing.
