In 2008, guided by a passion and drive in this area, I left my previous career to pursue coaching as my full time vocation. It was then that I founded Toronto-based Radiate Coaching. From there I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of professionals in a variety of fields to elevate their leadership and/or support them in coaching training.
